Is it Possible to Retire in a Year?

How can you retire in a year? For one thing, it takes a lot of hard work, or you can have a lot of money to do the work for you. Which one is your scenario?

I know of 3 ways that you can actually develop a retirement income in a year or less. A lot less if you have $5000 or more dollars. If you have less than $5000, no worries, you could still retire in less than a year. Would you like more information on how you can have your money work for you rather than you working for your money?

ASD And Procedures

Asd is hanging in there very well...thank you. I understand that A well known MLM Attorney will be handling this case. This gentleman said he would not even consider the case if he felt it was even remotely connected to any type of ponzi operation

You know there is so much hypocrisy in this world that it chokes me up just to think about it. I am talking about The United States Social Security System. This is one of the biggest Ponzi schemes in the world and it is all legal. Talk about scamming!!!!

ASD and complaint

I would like to say that the complaint that was filed is a civil lawsuit against ASD. There has been no criminal charges filed because there is no proof of such allegations. Time will tell. I know that the advertising that I have done on the ASD website has definitely helped me get hits to this blog. That is according to my hit counter.

I think our Government becomes too meddlesome in our lives. They should keep out of our financial business. Everyone has a choice, no one has threatened anyone to join ASD. We do not need big brother to help us financially. They tried with Social Security and it is the biggest Legal Ponzi Scheme in the world. So than what determines legality? it's the same old story, there are some that are protected, and you and I are not!

More Updates With ASD and Andy Bodwoin

As you know, yesterday we made a post regarding how ASD was getting things done and implementing things for the future. One of our contacts had spoken to Gary yesterday (you may know Gary) at the time he was supervising the inputting of the Chicago and Miami purchases, and preparing for the enterprise software implementation, the new card program and actually when he called he interrupted an interview he was holding for a new employee. So, this truly blindsided them

We have opinions and thoughts on this that stem from our experience with such things and will get that out tomorrow.

In speaking with Juan this morning. He indicated that this blindsided them but obviously with the legal representation that has been assembled in the last several weeks they knew that with how rapidly they were growing they had to be ready for people to take shots at them. In a later conversation with Juan this morning he said that as much as he would like to say something the attorneys have advised them not to make ANY public statement (even a statement that they are concerned, confident of success and saying that they can't say anything would be twisted and abused by those who may be out to get ASD). It was reported that Andy has the utmost of confidence in the legal representation of ASD and that he had commented that this is unfortunately the real world and the internet world and when you get big and get big fast, people will want to take shots at you.

One BIG difference we see with ASD than ANY other internet based program that is similar or even other internet intensive business is that compliance as ALWAYS been a concern and that in a pro-active fashion they have consulted with and retained strong legal representation. This is stronger than any other program we have seen. It has been reported to us, that they are prepared, books are in order, all taxes are current and their legal team totally understands the business model and views it as legitimate, compliant and defendable.

Our contact that spoke to Gary yesterday was told by him, that it appears uglier than it is and that the attorneys had hoped that they could handle the inquiry or whatever it was, on the phone, make them understand the business model and get it handled in a conference call but it was not able to be done in that fashion. Another person in accounting told a friend of ours that there is nothing to be alarmed about, that they will need to show they are compliant and would be back on track probably by Monday or Tuesday.

ASD Update And Complaint To U.S. Attorney General's Office

This is regarding some petty person making a complaint to the United States Attorney General's Office. Below are notes from my sponsor in this soon to be greater than ever organization. Listen to the video and you will find out why.

The reason for this call is to explain the confidence we have. ASD has had a complaint, don't know where it came from, fastest growing company in America, taken lots of people from other businesses. We are successful and that breeds attacks. Complaint with US Attorney General

Charlie thinks that it is about the site being down, and someone thinks ASD stole money. Standard Operating procedure for US Atty Gen is to look at our records.

Andy has plans. Wants to be next search engines, buying banks. Breeds punishment and jealousy Charlie talked with Don Peterson, ASD compliance officer, 2 times today Second call with Peterson was 3 minutes ago Peterson said "things are moving fast, with attorneys, and this will be over fast. He will call Charlie when it is done. Charlie said for us not to worry. Blessing in disguise When complaints come in, and we come out clean The US attorney will discount the next complaints The US attorney seized the accounts, while investigating, which is their normal procedure. When nothing is found, they are unfrozen and we should be back up Monday or Tuesday. Charlie spoke with Michelle, in ASD Accounting. She said Nothing is wrong and things are great US Attorney wants to be sure we are compliant. Andy hired a 50 attorney firm to be sure we are always compliant.

Michelle said that we are compliant. Michelle said this same thing happened six months ago Another complaint.Michelle said we got cleared and back up to speed quickly Charlie also spoke with Judy Bowdoin, daughter in law of Andy. Judy was very emotional because she knows what an upstanding guy Andy is, and he does not deserve to be attacked, and could not understand why he was being attacked. Judy said he does not deserve this, Andy is in this to help people Andy would never do anything to hurt anyone.Charlie said we know why people are taking shots at him.People leaving their jobs and leaving other companies Andy has big goals for us wrote multimillion check to advertise at the Indy 500.Andy wants you to be there to recruit!
