Think of all the Seniors that could use some help with their daily chores. Things that we take for granted can be a burden on a senior.

Post some notices around town. Go to your Local Chamber of Commerce, tell them what you would like to do. They would no doubt let you place some fliers in their office. Since there are many chambers throughout any large city, you should receive a lot of clients.

There are many ways to advertise this, it is not a hard sell and you will find many places open and communicative in ways that will help you succeed with your marketing to find the clients.

This would help the son and daughters who would appreciate a break from helping their aging parents. As always do some Google or Yahoo searches regarding this type of business.
